Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Computer Resource Management, which laid the foundation for her nine-year career at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., where she analyzed data, managed more than 300 suppliers, evaluated vendors, and later served as an Analyst in Real Estate and Strategy. After leaving Wal-Mart, her long-standing interest in real estate led her into sales, where her attention to detail and client focus helped her thrive. In 2022, leadership at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette invited her to lead the relocation division—a role that blends her passion for real estate with her talent for process improvement and data-driven decision making. Today, she leads the department with a balance of operational efficiency and exceptional customer service, taking pride in helping families transition in and out of the region and showcasing the outstanding quality of life the area offers.

As the Relocation Specialist and Downtown Bentonville Manager for Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, Heather helps people feel at home before they even arrive, coordinating with relocation management companies and guiding transferees through a smooth, welcoming transition. With more than a decade of experience in real estate operations, client service, and team leadership, she expertly matches clients with certified relocation agents, maintains strong communication with corporate partners, and ensures every detail is handled with care. Blending organization, relationship-building, and community engagement, Heather thrives in her role—especially from her front-row seat in the heart of downtown Bentonville—where she proudly represents both the brokerage and the community while delivering an exceptional relocation experience.
